      -They have lots of jobs available in the Boston area -Pretty easy to work with - where I work, they have full-time on-site reps, so you can always get to someone if you have an issue

      -The reps who are on-site don't always know the correct answers to questions. For example, I had an issue submitting my timesheet one week, and emailed along the chain. I got different answers from everyone I asked.
