They do have a pretty good retention rate with many employees having been with the company for 10+ years. They are extremely innovative and provide continuous training to keep its employees at expert level within the field of staffing and recruiting. There is no shortage of praise and recognition opportunities for those who work hard. The benefits are pretty standard - nothing extra special about their package. Recently moved up to the No. 2 slot in the staffing industry due to a major acquisition of a competitor. This new chapter should bring about some interest company changes and growth!

The base pay rate and bonus structure could be higher. The entry level position is a dual role of sales/ recruiting. Most people are good at one or the other, not both. So this role can be hard to fill and there is a lot of turnover at this level. Also, the company has downsized a lot in recent years and closed many offices. This can be a turnoff to potential employees who may see the company as unstable.
