Flexible schedule. Nice employee discount on ammo and accessories. The majority of the customers are friendly and already know what they want.

The employee firearm discount barely makes a difference. Lots of standing on a concrete floor. The roof leaks badly. Personal neatness and good grooming is not necessary. Come to work looking and smelling however you want. Just sell. Leadership will hear employees using curse words and racial slurs and sexual slurs over the radio (sometimes directed at other employees), give the offender a wrist slap, and then promote the offender. If you're an excellent salesperson, you're bulletproof. It's all about money.
