Poor management. CFO does not know the finances of the company and external consultants are appointed to analyse the financial health of the company.

Good team to work with day to day (outside of upper management) Pay for uniforms if you get it embroidered

- poor company culture - operations manager who have no empathy - upper management don’t respect staff. No consideration for work life balance - contracted to 38 hours plus 1 hour over time daily at minimum is built in contract - favouritism with family friends that are staff - owner never says hi - break room only seats 6 but 50 staff in office all having lunch at same time - no work from home flexibility even though not interacting face to face with customers - lack of career progression - lack of training and support - can not be innovative or make suggestions at upper manager shut it down - drainage operations managers yell and swear at staff for not doing their job or not wanting to do over time - staff turn over very high
