- no work from home flexibility even though not interacting face to face with customers
- lack of career progression
- lack of training and support
- can not be innovative or make suggestions at upper manager shut it down
- drainage operations managers yell and swear at staff for not doing their job or not wanting to do over time
- staff turn over very high
