      I experienced nothing good at all.

      Maintenance shop is not fully supported be the owners or management. Equipment is in very bad shape. Owners don't care about fixing equipment properly, just make it make the job. Field employees are day to day temp workers and are not trained to do the jobs they are sent out to do. Pay is very substandard and employee morale is nonexistent. An OSHA and DOT disaster waiting to happen.

      They have to many in experience employee's which makes it hard to complete tasks in a timely fashion.. unless you over work yourself.
