Nice country side work location

They don’t go through Standard Operating Procedures when there are problems with staff, very unprofessional. Natalie hid in her house and refused to speak to me I was left guessing what the problem was. Another member couldn’t help as he didn’t know either! Horrible experience.

I have been working with Ranger Home Care for 5 years. I am the Care Manager. We have a great team and all work so well together. We care about our clients and our carers who are apart of our family run business. Taryke and Natalie have helped me gain my confidence and supported me with all of my training. I am currently doing my NVQ4 & 5 to become Registered Manager. I wake up every day and really enjoy going to work which just shows how much I love working with Ranger Home Care.
