Rankwatch is just like hell. RW is not for any students who want to grow their career. this company ruins the life of employee because of TL.team leader does not have the technical knowledge and behaves with employee like a servant and do not give the opportunity to grow technical skills and only give the wasteful work. Work life balance and management is not good. There is no workflow followed. HR behaviour is not good. Please listen employee's problem.
