The pros is that for the most part us machinists can get away with anything we want. Company is growing

Lower than average pay No cross training No bonuses to floor workers only to managers and from what they say even their bonuses are mostly unachievable. A revolving door of employees Most new hires have never seen a machine before leaving us to babysit Unrealistic shipping goals New management every year so policy's and procedures are never enforced. They never allow anything to change. Once they hit a bump in the road they fire off managers and bring in someone new Horrible communication They allow sales to call all the shots and take work in that we don't even have the capabilities of making
