Vantaggi

I joined RapidSOS a little over a year ago, and I am just as excited about my decision today as I was on my first day. While I wasn’t actively searching for a new role when RapidSOS and I ‘found’ each other, I was immediately drawn to this dynamic and mission-driven organization. Culture: What initially sold me on RapidSOS was the culture. As a mission-based company, we are committed to delivering critical incident data to 911 centers and first responders to help save lives. This passion is shared across the organization—it's rare to find a company where every employee is truly aligned with the mission and purpose. Leadership: Our leadership team is strong, transparent, and truly leads rather than just managing. As the company grows, they continue to implement the right processes, tools, and technologies to guide us toward success while maintaining a clear vision. Empowerment: I feel trusted and empowered to do my job as a professional, making informed decisions without unnecessary oversight. At the same time, my leaders are always available when I need their support or guidance. If you’re looking to join a thriving, fast-growing company with an inclusive culture, inspiring leadership, and a world-class product suite, I highly recommend RapidSOS!

Svantaggi

We are constantly evolving and changing, so if you're change-averse, this may not be the right fit for you.

Vantaggi

The company's mission is to help 911 calls get to the right people. It started well.

Svantaggi

They use layoffs to cover up the absolutely rotten business judgment of the CTO and COO. The stack is in ruins and the system is probably like the last place that the CTO worked: "Poor performance, excessive maintenance and an uptime of only around 65% for the system.” Also, the CTO writes an annual manifesto that reads like a poorly written word salad of buzzword management that could only motivate people to leave or be quiet and accept the abuse from him and his Boston buddies.
