Would genuinely struggle to think of any.

This has been one of the worst companies I’ve worked for. There is little to no career progression, and the environment is dominated by micro-management. You have to push repeatedly just to get issues acknowledged. Pay is inconsistent, with minimal pay rises. Junior staff are taken advantage of, and the company is extremely top-heavy.

Always seeking feedback from employees. Listen to their employees, most recently relocating the London Office to provide a more suitable environment. Recently introduced a new benefits package labelled 'The People Plan' which sets out private health care insurance, car allowance, maternity and paternity leave, birthdays off and a extra wellbeing day off. They have their employees in mind. Senior colleagues are always happy to assist with questions and will help provide solutions. A good work life balance. If you are looking to work for a SME, this is the place.
