Poor management, not willing to take up responsibility in any way, but keeps insisting to employee to do that. Some people there just want to satisfy their big ego and even though MD knows this, he don't want to address it for some reasons. Compensation is the next big deal. Comparatively low and delayed a lot. 15th every month is the salary date.
