.Very poor management structure .People without any technical background are involved in technical roles .Finance staff who don't know about any things interferes in production matters .Employees who do the actual work don't get credits .those who frequently meet with the owner manipulate the truth and take false credit for others work. .Entire system runs on misinformation and dishonesty .workers salaries and well- being are neglected .workers who are the reals ll Assets of any company, are not valued .the mind set created by one individual against the workers need to be changesls .Non technical person are appointed in technical and operational positions. .many so called management personnel only appear to be busy but don't contribute meaningfully just making report without real action.

1- Poor management with limited technical understanding 2- Key roles held by non-technical individuals 3- Boss-centric culture with minimal employee empowerment 4- Bosses are often surrounded by sycophants, discouraging honest feedback 5- Bosses prioritize profits over employee welfare and satisfaction 6- Toxic work environment with prevalent favoritism and politics 7- No clear organizational hierarchy or defined roles 8- Growth and promotions are often based on flattery rather than merit 9- Salaries are based on academic degrees, not job roles or responsibilities 10- Labour laws are not properly followed 11- Overtime is not paid at double rate as legally required 12- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols are ignored 13- A fatal worker accident occurred due to negligence, yet no significant action was taken
