Orribile cultura della microgestione da parte di uno staff globale inesperto del mercato dei viaggi negli Stati Uniti. Le risorse umane sono corrotte ignorando le preoccupazioni dei dipendenti che licenziano e si dimettono senza spiegazione. Riconoscere solo quando i dipendenti sono costretti ad affrontare discriminazioni e ritorsioni razziali. Disinformazione da parte dei reclutatori sui benefici sanitari e sui requisiti di viaggio. Ambiente stressante, KPI non raggiungibili, prodotto non competitivo, leadership non ascolta le nostre preoccupazioni e suggerimenti perché sulla base di 1-2 viaggi negli Stati Uniti, sanno tutto... scherzo. 4 persone si sono dimesse, 2 sono state licenziate in modo discutibile.

Everything you listed totally contradicts our culture and the way we handle various issues. However, we’d like to mention that at RateHawk we foster an open and transparent culture at all levels, and encourage our team to share timely feedback, if they have any. We are absolutely against any kinds of discrimination and will never allow something like that to happen inside our teams. We provide healthcare benefits and require up to 50% working time for travels, as it’s mentioned in our job descriptions. Recruiters provide up to date information, openly answer all questions, etc. All terms and conditions are specified in the contracts, which employees read before signing. We openly share information about our strategy and plans with employees, and allow everyone to discuss them and provide feedback on these topics. We have an onboarding program that involves both trainers and team leaders, which helps employees to get all the necessary knowledge about the product. At the same time, we don’t abandon our employees. We are always ready to assist, help and answer questions, as well as to conduct follow-up trainings on topics where issues may occur.
