Incredible culture - at times it genuinely didn’t feel like work but things would still get done. Somehow, an environment is in place where you feel comfortable to come out of your shell quite early on into joining the company. I also had the opportunity to do numerous roles which allowed me to gain a good understanding of multiple areas of the company. Really good company if you’re just starting your career.

Svantaggi

The biggest is the the sales funnel. RP doesn’t have the best rep with tradespeople and I believe that’s due to the fact that they focus heavily on just getting clients through the door within that process and not caring that it is a subscription service. There’s no clear progression pathway .

Very few, the people that work there do care, it's management that's the issue.

The C-suite have no idea on the business, the customers and do not listen to the feedback from the teams The teams are all treated differently with a different expectation on the customer facing teams to others No care or consideration given to the people that work there or the customers

The company suffers from a severe lack of structure and focus. Decisions, especially regarding product updates and new plans, are made without proper consideration of their impact on both clients and employees. Leadership appears disconnected from the reality of the organization’s state and struggles to involve relevant stakeholders and teams effectively in projects. There’s a tendency to view challenges through rose-tinted glasses, ignoring systemic issues that need urgent attention. People Operations is ineffective, with inconsistent treatment of employees, further eroding trust. Additionally, there’s a noticeable absence of company culture, leaving employees feeling unvalued and unappreciated. Overall, it’s challenging to see a sustainable future here unless drastic improvements are made.
