1. At RattanIndia, there's no balance between work and personal life. Being just one second late can result in losing half a day's leave, even though you still have to work the full day. 2. They won't let you work from home, even in emergencies. 3. The work environment is terrible, with no consideration for work-life balance, and it's not a pleasant place to work. 4. They take almost an year to pay you what they owe (Fnf), and despite reaching out multiple times, they rarely respond to emails. When you call, they claim they haven't received approval yet. 5. There's no chance to learn or improve your skills. 6. The management is awful and doesn't know how to talk to employees. They struggle to get approvals for anything.
