Toxic culture; crazy office rules (e.g. you get punished for arriving 1 min after 9am); organisation is run based on fear and threats instead of great vision, teamwork and collaboration.

Salary is decent Colleagues are nice They trying to fix things, so it might get better in the future

Developer team is severely understaffed Lack of direction in management Development processes are not here
