Great work environment and culture

Payment was not what I was looking for

The company is very selective about hiring and the staff is top rate. Management is very generous with benefits, bonuses and perks. The company wants to have a culture of excellence and quality and expects much from its employees. The company also is there to assist its employees with personal matters and views employees almost like family members.
