Top down driven VPs don't listen to input from people below them and generally ignore personnel when passing in the hallways. Safety implementations are significantly delayed if implemented at all. Moral is very, very low. Employees simply don't believe or trust new management. Company is far, far behind on bills and even missed a payroll.
