Scam - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso Raxium

Raxium was one of the best startups I had ever worked at. There is a lot of transparency and you feel like you belong to a community. The Founder, Rick Schneider was always willing to listen to ideas and encourage innovation.

Company was bought by Google and was integrated into the Spaceship. After that it tended to lose its individuality.

Nothing good about management and nothing good about this company, They have many favoritism Technicians in (A&C-shifts).

I hereby resigned from Google/Raxium, because Raxium is the most dysfunctional organization that I have ever worked for in the past 30 years of my professional career. There are a few talented engineers, but unfortunately they are lead by a select few incompetent production managers who are unaware of what is actually going on in the fab. These managers only look at the production numbers and treat shifts with lower output as if they are less than human by speaking to them in a condescending manner instead of trying to bring their employees up and help these shifts improve their numbers with constructive criticism and helpful suggestions. Several fab technicians from C-shift like to come in earlier to harass and bully other shifts for no good reason (Especially B & D shifts), and they do not start working until several hours into their shift (for example: taking 2 hour breaks, playing on their phone while in the fab, etc.). They also constantly provided negative feedback to management to make me and my coworkers look bad for no good reason at all. This made me very uncomfortable at work and made it difficult to concentrate on producing quality work. Bullying and harassment is wrong and it's against the law, yet it seems that the management here doesn't seem to care at all. NEVER Judge a book by its cover!
