-Strong Management has come in. We are getting more work. Won a huge contract. Raydon is growing and it looks like we now have leaders who can plan and manage our projects well. I am really excited. There was a time people weren't held accountable but now they are. When I am working late and hard hours, my manager is right there with me. Not all managers do this. But it's encouraging that mine does.
