Everything from the balance of labor, the scheduling and management. Management makes the job significantly worse than it needs to be. No clear structure, makes for issues in communication, and lack of professionalism in the workplace is rampant. If the owner would hire managers with actual experience and skills for the position, instead of people he ‘just knows’ it would go a long way. Turnover is rediculous specifically due to the poor judgement and actions of management. The hours are a bit weird, not your typical first shift but that could be dealt with.
