- They pay extremely low salaries and expect people to come to the office with that low pay. They are cash poor. They arbitrarily reject expenses by giving frivolous reasons. I pay my handyman more generously than these people paying their employees. - Return to office is a joke. People can't afford travel expenses with the low pay. Office space is scarce. People are standing and speaking standing behind your workstation. Taking online meetings is extremely difficult. You always here other people's voice in the background. - Company culture revolves around VPs and SVPs as if they are the supreme leader. Especially Canadian Chief Compliance Officer considers himself as the supreme leader. They are all middle aged white men. - No importance is given to compliance work. They treat it as a clerical job. Regulatory compliance is a joke here. They work to please IT (SVP) and business.
