Product (Omidria) lacks coverage of Medi- cal and that is a big market opportunity, bill and buy is rough (too many hands in the pot) training and communication. Alot of driving.

Direct Manager and teammates were awesome.

Promoted people w very little leadership experience and it showed. Micromanagement from upper level. CEO actually stated to the sales Team at National meeting “sales reps get paid too much”. Commission structure was good when it was Omeros but Rayner cut the legs out from under you.
