Lower wages, always reorganizing the company, hard to promote

Management recognized my contributions early on which allowed me to grow fast. Work/life balance was way better than I could've ever imagined. With manager approval, work hours could be manipulated however I wanted.

Must be nearly 100% self-motivated. Tasking is not very cohesive following onboarding. I was assigned an on-boarding "ambassador" whom I never actually met nor learned anything from.
