Most of the good reviews that you see currently are a part of strategy by the HR team to counter the bad culture and bad feedback employees are putting. Marketing team is horrible in culture. The leaders are the on spoiling the culture of the entire team. Too much of favoritism. Ideas are only appreciated from a few of selected individuals. If you have COVID, and are in hospital, all they are are concerned about is application of leave rather than your well being. The person who setup the entire process/campaign structure was shown no respect during his tenure and his last days in the team for his contribution. For 2 months, you will feel you are learning, but after that it's just following orders told to you in the morning. Join the company only if you want a hike and have a offer in hand to get hiker money from them. Otherwise, don't join to spoil you health and peace of mind and be struck with them.
