Dear MLM,
First of all I appreciate your approval rating of CEO. Thank You!
But I'm a little confused. I did some research as per your suggestion, specifically regarding "MLM" and "Ponzi". Both of which require people to invest their personal $$$ to gain access... IF indeed you worked at Razor Management at NO time has anyone ever or will ever ask you to invest any money...
Several people will read this review and miss out on a great career opportunity for them and their family and that's unfortunate because:
-Every person receives a "guaranteed" hourly wage, paid weekly.
-Based upon each individual's performance they have the ability to receive
additional compensation, which is only fair for those who are motivated and want to earn more because of it.
-Employee's will never be asked to refer/recruit people to work for Razor Management Group. Employee's opinions do count when it comes to recommending someone to work at our company but that person will still have to go through background checks and the interview process like anyone else.
-Long hours= 38-40 hours a week. 44-45 if in a management role. That doesn't seem extravagant to me, who comes from a Retail manager background working 55-60. But 38-40 may be perceived as long hours...
-Our wages=$35,000 plus. $50,000 plus for higher levels/performers
-Growth/opportunity is what we strive for most at Razor Management Group. When working as a 3rd party vendor with Wal-Mart and Sam's, we have to be able to grow and meet the demands of these top fortune 500 companies. We believe in a philosophy of "Organically growing our Management". This keeps the "culture" intact and allows us to utilize applicants previous experience and education to rapidly advance through our Manager Training Program. Make no "bones" about it we need qualified individuals to help manage a 5-10 store market... Yahoo finance actually wrote an article about Razor Management Training Program coupled with the expansion plans.
So IF you did work here, then I'm confused about the comments... As they are missed placed but as ALWAYS I have an Open Door Policy with employees for any discussions.
Best Wishes,
ML
