very disappointed - Recensione dipendente - Assembler presso Rbb Systems

orientation is long and boring, you have to sit and listen to this person drone on and on and its lasts 3 days, you have to watch this boring videos and take test after each one, she tells you about everyone in the shop and then the job you are supposed to do you dont get to do even tho you have 30 yrs exp doing it, then to top it off they never tell you in the interview that their insurance plan is 300.00 a month for a single person and like 3000.00 deductible, i mean if they would have told me that i never would have taken the job, they leave that part out until you start working for them full well know people probably would not accept the position knowing this, plus most of the people there just moan and bellyache about the company......
