Since the solar industry came under attack during the 2024 presidential campaign and demand for commercial projects declined, many solar companies have gone bankrupt and many others have been forced to layoff people to survive. This disgruntled electrician appears to be lashing out about the fact that ReVision Energy is not immune to these market forces and has had to layoff 85 people since the election. Our pay scale and benefits are at or above the industry average, plus co-owners have the opportunity to build long-term wealth through the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. As a B Corp, ReVision provides wage transparency and the vast majority of the Company's ~400 workers are okay with compensation across the company's workforce. Management has an open door policy for people to air grievances but for some unfortunate reason this person has chosen an opaque, anonymous approach to griping.
