It's hot and smells badly of chemicals. If you go upstairs by the ovens the fumes will have you in tears and it burns bad. There are only people that like telling others what to do and no leadership. Your degrees and experience mean nothing to Rea. Everything is old and needs updated but the is no plan of doing so, so no future for the company.
