-this place is not corporate finance/small investment bank, it’s a sales and marketing company. They do capital raises for companies, that is all. - they scam loyal investors, using sales scripts to sell them really bad investments - every capital raise they’re just chasing their tails, it’s absolutely shambolic -it is family ran/unprofessional set up - things happen on the whims of a few people - management will make you not believe your own brain, and force you do things that make absolutely no sense -management take no accountability, and have no leadership ability. When something goes wrong they just handball responsibility to anyone but themselves - extremely high turnover, everyone here wants to leave or is actively trying to leave -long term good workers/people will resign and management won’t even notify staff until the person has already gone or even say thank you…

Not sure where to start with this one but let's start with the wurst part, the toilets. Three cubicles with one chronically occupied by the guy I sit opposite to. It seems that the quietest spaces are where the loudest battles are fought. Another point of concern would be the business direction. The business seems to be meandering meaninglessly whilst dipping into the pockets of victims unawares of questionable business ethics. I can't fathom how this place is still in operation after inflicting financial pain on so many key stakeholders. Despite my tenure stretching to almost a year, I sense that the trajectory of my growth has already been somewhat muted. This place is where dreams fizzle away. Fake smiles are exchanged every morning. I can't do this anymore.
