      Colleagues are one of the only saving graces. Pay is alright. Some managers are good.

      Incompetent management. No plan for the future. Constant threat of job cuts and redundancy. Little career progression. No morale. Everything done on the cheap. IT and infrastructure crumbling at every turn. CEO only interested in lining his own pockets.
