Too many people that have no clue at a high enough level to make it obvious. Laying people off year after year makes it a place with a very poor morale. That coupled with no promotion prospects, no salary increases and no management support, made it an easy decision to leave. An almost perfect employee culture has been ruined by micromanagement and bureaucracy to the extreme. New CEO has done nothing to improve the business apart from fire more people that worked hard to make it work in the first place.
