Vantaggi
Working remotely. Good benefits. Some travel.
Svantaggi
Very poor management. Poor communication. Non-collaborative expectations. They'll drop you very quickly if you don't perfectly fit their style. It's a sink or swim kind of company, but the problem is learning curve and supervisory communication is absolutely awful. I've never experienced anything like it in my professional career. It was an unfortunate experience working at REACH and was remarkably jarring after leaving and settling into a new position that is so much more rewarding where REACH was lacking. I would caution anyone who sees it as a great opportunity to know what they're getting into. For a small company, I've never seen more turnover and revolving door hiring/firing than I have during my time with REACH. I'm not exaggerating. They really don't seem to value people, their professional growth, and their capacities
