Leadership messaging about culture and people does not align with how restructuring is actually handled. Morale has declined, trust is low, and priorities shift quickly when budgets tighten. Many strong, experienced employees have left or been pushed out.

Leadership is braindead and has no loyalty. The top reps are pushed out in favor of maintaining a company culture of silence and obedience. I watched the top performers be treated horribly and failure after failure in management and VP level hires. The UK and US team constantly clash. Toxic culture without opportunity for growth or stability.
