Stability-they want you to grow with the company. They will make sure to find positions for you so you can stay at the company. Hybrid work schedule- love getting to come into the office but also like the days I get to work from home.

Pay and PTO. I know a lot of other companies that get more time off than us but it's because they work at bigger companies.

There are no downsides that I have found. Since I have been in accounting for over 25 years I know there will always be certain times that are occasionally busy. However, the strong team support helps balance this out and the flexible hours that the company offers makes up for any OT you might have.
