      UK team is amazing, everyone wants to improve the company where they can and will go the extra mile. Very flexible work conditions. You are trusted to do your job the way you feel is appropriate as long as it's done to a good standard. Close knit team.

      There isn't a lot of support currently for the UK team from the Australia side. A lot of bureaucracy that will keep the team from becoming better. The role was misadvertised as it was shown to have certain responsibilities that were not in the actual role and instead handed off to others.

      Tech debt is huge, offices are poorly kitted out and mgt does not like people working from home, one of their main legacy products is horrendous and no real innovation or investment. To much nepotism. Pay scalable low compared to others in sector.
