Flexible time (Work life balance). The work is easy. The students are nice.

Student to Teacher ratio is unbalanced (not enough classes to go around)

Flexible working hours. They don't force you to work for 8 hours unless you choose FULL TIME FIXED, you can work anytime of the day from 4 AM to 12 MN.

It is the teachers who will book the lessons, the company is overhiring so booking a schedule for the lessons is competetive. You have to be fast and must always check their available schedules from time to time for you to book your desired schedule. And their rules about lesson cancellation is quiet unfair for the tutors. Sudden cancellation of lessons from the students withing an hour before the lesson time is fine, but for the cancellation or transfer of lessons from the tutors, it must be more than 24 hours, if it;s already withing 24 hours and there is an emergency, it will be tagged as SUB LESSON and you will be deducted by 50 pesos per 25 min lesson, minimum dedcution is 100 pesos since the minimum lesson time they offer is 50 mins. You will only get paid if your student is absent when the student cancelled the lesson within that time of the lesson. Their booking system platform is not that reliable. It is not easy to book lessons from 8 AM to 8PM.
