Also, there is always free beverages and fruit available. On Friday there are bagels. There is a on site gym available in the complex. A food court and a fun restaurant is within walking distance. Flexible hours are commonly used by employees. Most managers and staff strive to keep the workplace funny and fun. And most are passionate about preventative health.

There are often clashes between the two management styles of the west coast internet start up and the east coast huge conglomerate. The east coast management is MUCH more restrictive on employees' opinions that conflict with management and more restrictive on information flow from the top down. Job transfers don't occur transparently. Car traffic almost always heavy during rush hour commutes.
