There is no formal training which will continue to cause high turnover. Commission plans are constantly altered and un-reliable. Bonuses are not paid on time and comp plans change on a whim. The company is in dire need of a formal on-boarding and training program including talent management. None of this exists and it is hurting existing hires and future hires. The sales management team seems oblivious to this. We are a software company but still do our commission statements on an Excel spreadsheet and there is no way for the employee to accurately track and keep up with commissions. Sometimes they will go back and take away payments 6 months later with no back up.
