10yThank you for you post and noticing that we do have really great people who do chip in to make it work. You point out a very true fact - its not how much collateral material you have it is how good is the material in moving the KPIs. I believe our team is getting better at both. Having just reviewed the merit file for this department, I can tell you that some very talented people were just promoted and the merit increases were delivered across the board. I am meeting with the functional leader of this department today and I will bring up the post and make them aware of your recommendation. Sincerely, Kurt Twining
