Teammates are truly good people. They care about each other and about the quality of the work they do. The industry changes often and the culture is all about learning and growing. Everyone is really smart and so willing to humbly teach and guide.

Sometimes being in a smaller company means wearing several hats at once, which can be great at times, and stressful at others.

The employees are amazing!! Snacks.

Leadership is awful. They praise their culture, however the leadership makes the culture terrible. They lie. They give you measures for bonuses you can’t achieve. They act like they care at first but they truly only want their money. If you’re interested in a job within the company they will avoid conversations with you and hire elsewhere. No room for growth. Poor pay. You aren’t guaranteed raises.
