Small business vibes, good people to work with.

Lifestyle business trying to compete in the Enterprise space. Complicated, difficult to use and deploy Remote Support product in a very crowded market. No real understand of the market they are in, and very behind in terms of technological advancement.

The off-site events and the almost remote working (it's called hybrid working model but they call it remote).

There is no structured process in place to support career progression. The company lacks a genuine HR culture and shows little interest in retaining talent. Staff turnover is high, as employees quickly realise there is no clear path for professional development—and management appears indifferent to this issue. The organisation relies heavily on a single subject-matter expert who developed the majority of the software. This creates a significant single point of failure; should this individual leave, the business would be left extremely vulnerable. On-boarding for new starters is virtually non-existent, and leadership demonstrates little commitment to improving processes or team capability. QA testers are frequently hired without relevant experience or platform knowledge, and there is no formal training provided to bring them up to speed. The only reason the company continues to succeed financially is the strength of its software platform, which remains profitable despite these systemic shortcomings.
