Company culture: Almost everyone seems to be overworked, defeated, and generally miserable.  Certain members of staff regularly work weekends and during PTO due to understaffing. The kindness and dedication of these staff members is taken advantage of. No opportunities for career progression or personal development. Constant hiring and firing rather than investing in existing employees. Next to no social events anymore. No effort made to create a company culture. Colleagues will feel like strangers. Product and Managment: The product is awkward to use and outdated. Most attempts to "update" it contradict what customers are actually asking for. Senior staff seem to think the only way to succeed is to become a less functional, uglier, more expensive version of Teamviewer. The senior leadership team changes constantly and with it any semblance of "strategy". The current senior leadership are arrogant and incapable of taking constructive criticism. Staff have quit due to the horrible environment they have created.   Developers are under immense pressure to push out new releases before they are properly tested and ready for market. New releases are often broken. This, coupled with the price doubling, is causing customers to run for the hills. Won't be surprised if this company doesn't exist in a few years.
