Unfortunately this review doesn't tell the full story here at RealWork. We had to make some tough decisions in early 2024 and that involved parting ways with some of your fellow colleagues - loyal or not. As we worked to restructure our processes and improve our customer outreach efforts, we started hiring new staff that has helped improve morale, be laser focused on our "Be customer-centric" core value, and has tripled our outbound call volume.
It is regrettable that we had to do away with our 401k match in late January 2024, but as communicated with the staff, our plan is to bring back our matching in the future. We appreciate the callout about our great benefits. We continue to be proud of our benefits - and ongoing feedback from our employees continue to drive additional perks we are evaluating.
