We appreciate the flexibility of remote work, and most of my team members respect the boundaries of what is allowed. The product we create actually solves real problems, which makes the work worthwhile. However, there are some difficulties with growth. Processes can be inconsistent, and sometimes it feels like we figure things out as we go along, which sometimes leads to confusion. During sprint cycles, the workload can increase, and there were times when communication with senior management could have been clearer. In addition, despite the fact that the company tries to act quickly, this sometimes leads to a reduction in opportunities that probably shouldn't be there. It's not an ideal place, but it's a great place to work, especially if you're interested in artificial intelligence and don't mind being part of a startup-like environment where things are still developing.
