Underfunded. Unprofessional some times. Do not keep confidentiality. Company is small and uses too much discretion. Management has their favorites who can do no wrong and others who can do no right. Owners tend to be arrogant. They hire temporary people to fill positions who do not always have the right skills. They also have way too many family members on the payroll. They miss payroll and if you are a contractor, your payment terms are often missed.
