I have been working at Realnets for a few years now and I am surprised by the reviews on glassdoor. I am not sure of a company that's perfect and I don't know a single person that doesn't want more money. Here are the things I really like: -I like how friendly the atmosphere is -I like the deversity of work, we are consultants so we aren't doing the same repetitive thing every day. -I like that the company is in a growth pattern and that they try to give where they can. -I like that they treat their customers with respect and always do right by them, even if it is to their own detriment. - I like that they provide lunch and snacks and just overall surprises for the office.

Svantaggi

-Wish there was more space but we are moving soon so that should solve that problem. -Wish the workload wasn't as heavy but we don't stop hiring so hopefully that calms down soon. -Wish we settled on a group of offerings rather than adding services as frequently as we do. -Need more documentation. -Need more project managment
