Support for the products is deeply under-resourced, which sets both employees and customers up for failure. Employees are expected to slap-dash fix systemic issues without the tools or authority to do so, leading to burnout and unhappy clients. Leadership often deflects rather than addressing core problems, which leaves frontline staff to absorb customer frustration. The company is reactive, not proactive, when it comes to solving recurring issues. Decisions and changes to workflows and processes are poorly documented and hard to follow. Acquiring two additional companies was not well thought-out and all three products are suffering from a lack of cohesiveness, attention, and sales competition. Salary is on the low end of average for the field. Raises and bonuses were essentially non-existent last calendar year. Benefits (health insurance especially) get worse every year.
