If you want to spoil your years of career then you are most welcome to join. you have to cry if you want your documents after resignation. This is not only I'm saying but you will let this know from anyone who was there for a single day. If you have great skill to node your head infront of HR then you need not to work until you resign. organization doesn't have proper management, HR not the project manager tooks major decisions like whom to remove, whome to give hikes or salary irrespective of knowing what is the project and what's going on in it.
