Work Life balance Company culture is great. I feel valued as an employee Minimal politics - the president and management team is very transparent Clear strategy for the company and where it wants to go

Some overtime required Equipment issues - but my last job had those too not the highest pay out there

Reaxis Inc treats their employees pretty fair. The wages are not bad. Benefits are so so. The union is strong and you get well represented. The ownership has an open door policy and they try very hard to run the business the right way. It is a safe place to work. All the employees work well with each other and try very hard to get product out the door. The supervisors are very fair and do their job great. They do business in the United States as well as other countries. They have some bright minds in the company that are an asset. They are constantly updating the plant and labs.

The pay could be more for union and non union employees since everyone works very hard.
